Yoga

Yoga refers to a group of ancient spiritual practices that originated in India.  Outside India, yoga has developed into a very popular form of exercise under a range of different disciplines such as Hatha and Ashtanga.

Everyone can practice yoga, regardless of age, gender or ability.  In today’s hectic life many are turning to yoga as a form of exercise that provides a work out for not only the body but the mind.

Yoga classes are part of our Body & Soul exercise class group as they help to promote good posture, flexibility and well being.
