Liquid Swim

In Islington, Liquid Swim is available for free at Highbury Pool when signing up to a premium membership, and lasts 8 weeks.

In Bath and North East Somerset, Liquid Swim is available for free at Bath Sports and Leisure Centre and lasts 10 weeks.

Liquid Swim is a group adult swimming course which forms part of your inclusive membership. It will help teach those that have not, cannot or would like to improve their swimming ability and gain confidence to participate in future lessons or other swim activities.

During the weekly 30-minute sessions, the instructor will cover the key skills of swimming, focus on specific stroke techniques, or assist more able swimmers with stroke correction.

Liquid Swim Plus

We also offer Liquid Swim Plus sessions at Highbury Pool for those who have completed Liquid Swim or the Introduction to Lane Swimming class, or those who are regular lane swimmers looking for more structure to their swimming session.
