ABA (Amateur Boxing Association) Boxing A total body work out which focuses on the boxing basics in a circuit class. A high calorie turnover and highly effective muscle defining exercises combine to bring you a class with a bit more punch! You will be taught how to punch properly and pad work is involved.

Active Families Fun activities and games for families to enjoy together.

Boot Camp Get a whole body workout in a class that includes aerobic activity and muscular strength and endurance exercise, all in a military style. Great for calorie burning, cardiovascular fitness and building muscle definition.

Burn & Firm A mixture of legs / tums and bums , core stability and body conditioning.

Cardio Kick Box Kick and punch your way to a new physique in this non contact martial arts work out set to music using kick boxing techniques. A vigorous aerobic work out, you will be taught how to punch and kick properly. Fun and challenging this class will leave you feeling energised and invigorated.

Cardio Tennis is a series of tennis-based drills and activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court. Tennis skills are not required, it's all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun.

Circuit Training Work your whole body in a class that alternates aerobic activity with muscle endurance and strength stations.

Fit Mumz is a great class for mums to keep in shape. Mum, baby and buggy working together to keep fit, tone up or lose weight.

Football Fitness With the help of our football coach, increase your stamina and pace with fun football drills to improve your overall fitness and skills. Suitable for all levels, complete beginners welcome.

Street Dance The best in urban dance incorporating hip hop dance styles and funk dance moves set to the best R & B and hip hop grooves from the 70's to the 90's and present day. Highly choreographed and equally as energetic this class will ensure you get a great work out in a fun class whilst learning some great dance moves.

ViPR™ Circuits The ultimate functional, aerobic, and conditioning class! This class is designed to provide an effective workout which builds muscle and burns calories through strength and movement training. This class uses ViPR™ equipment and will work your whole body and is suitable for all levels.

Zumba® A dynamic, energising workout based on a fusion of latin and international musical dance themes. Great for toning and sculpting.

Zumba® Gold takes the winning Zumba® formula of zesty latin music and easy to follow moves and is modified to suit the needs of the active older participant as well as those beginning a new fitness journey.

Zumba® Tomic takes the winning Zumba® formula of zesty latin music and easy to follow moves and is modified to suit parents and children exercising together.
