What to bring
Please bring swim wear, plus shorts and a T-shirt (that you will
have to swim in). An extra towel is handy to have so you can dry
off in between exercises. A pen and paper is required for taking
notes.
How to book

page for course prerequisites. You can book in person or by
telephoning the centre. Payment is required to secure a place.
Credit cards are accepted.
Prices
The standard price is £200 or £190 for members, students and
16/17 year olds. This includes all the necessary books, the Royal
Life Saving Society registration fee and the assessment fee.
