Gym

With 29 state of the art gym stations, and large free weights and mat areas, the gym at Keynsham Leisure Centre offers the best place to work out in Keynsham. The gym also benefits from air conditioning units, laminate flooring, a lively colour scheme, mirrors, and wall mounted wide-screen TVs. With recently increased floor space, the gym can also provide more group based activities such as 'tummy' sessions.

Our Instructors

All our gym instructors are higher level members of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). This means that in addition to government approved qualifications our instructors are undertaking continuous professional development to keep their skills and knowledge up to date. They operate within a strict ethical code of practice. They also all hold first aid and emergency qualifications.
