Islington's Customer Panel at quarterly meeting

Customer Panels

The Customer Panels represent users’ views of the facilities. They advise the management and trustees on achieving high standards of service and in developing the facilities. Each centre holds an annual meeting for customers at which representatives are nominated to attend a panel, which meet quarterly.

We currently have vacancies for Customer Panel representatives at all of our Islington sites.

Staff and management

Aquaterra Leisure is managed on a day-to-day basis by the chief executive and his team. We employe an average of 600 staff, of whom approximately 50% are permanent and 50% are sessional employees. This reflects the varied make up of the local community. Staff are our most important asset and show an enormous determination, loyalty and commitment to customer service.
