Leisure Facilities
All staff with permanent or temporary contracts with fixed hours will receive a free membership for themselves plus a family or friend. The benefits of membership include free use of most of the leisure facilities. Aquaterra is also part of the London Fitness Network. This gives London-based staff reduced priced membership at over seventy leisure centres across the capital , including those in Hackney, Camden, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.
Bright Spark Reward Scheme
We have a scheme called Bright Spark where staff make suggestions formally to the Senior Management Team. Original suggestions which are adopted can be rewarded by a payment of up to £300 depending on the impact of the idea.
