Fun sessions
Open to all ages where all children must be accompanied by an
adult.
During these sessions all the features are turned on in
rotation. The waves are on for 5 minutes every 30 minutes. The
flume is on all the time and there is no limit to the number of
rides you can take. Children must be over 1 metre tall to ride the
flume. During busy periods a band system operates giving session
times of 90 minutes.
Aqua Aerobics
Exercise to music in waist deep water. Aqua Aerobics improves
the fitness of your heart and lungs, tones the body and burns up
calories. All classes are designed for all levels of fitness and
non swimmers are welcome.
Women's only sessions
On Thursday evenings from 8pm the whole of the building is
programmed exclusively for women with female staff.
Swimming lessons
We offer a comprehensive range of group swimming lessons for all
ages and abilities. We also provide one-to-one and one-to-two

We have special sessions where adults who are less confident can
practice their swimming in a leisurely environment.
