We offer street dancing, belly dancing and salsa in our air conditioned sprung floored studio.

We have developed a special tool we call our ‘exercise class finder’. This enables you to see all of the classes in the centre or only the ones that might be of interest to you. All our dance classes appear on this - click below and choose 'dance and groove'.

Prices

A class costs £6.80 or £5.60 for members. Member concessions pay £4. People over 60 pay £1.60. Paying by direct debit or once a year usually offers the best value for regular users. Visit memberships.

Instructors

All of our instructors are members of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP). You can check out their qualifications and level at the REPs website below.
