Islington get off to a winning start

Islington's Primary School's District football team side got off to a winning start to the season with a comprehensive 5-0 win over Westminster at St Aloysius Playing Fields for the Lester Finch Trophy match on Saturday 5 November.

"We did a professional job against a weakened Westminster side. We never stopped trying to play," commented Michael MacNeill, Football Development Manager. "It's a good start but we will face sterner tests this season."
