Sauna
Our spacious sauna cabin is situated right on the poolside making this the ideal place for people who like to alternate between swimming and sauna bathing. There is also an icy cold drench shower to give added zest to the experience. All sauna customers have free use of the main swimming pool throughout the programme detailed below.
There is a dedicated disabled changing room and toilet available.
Programme
Sessions are a maximum of 90 minutes. The last ticket is sold 30 minutes before closing time. There is no need to book, just turn up.
All sessions are mixed and swimwear must be worn at all times.

Prices
A session is £6.50 or £5.50 with an Izz Leisure Card, £1.60 with an Izz 60+ Card or £4 with an Izz Leisure Plus Card.
