Aqua Aerobics
The teaching pool at Ironmonger Row Baths is ideal for exclusive use aqua aerobics. The water is kept at a warm 30 degrees.
There is good access with a pool hoist. There is a dedicated disabled changing room and toilet.
Programme
As well as our standard aqua aerobics sessions, we run 50+ and Evergreens aqua aerobics sessions on Mondays from 12noon till 1pm, led by Esther. Our standard aqua aerobics sessions are listed below.

Price
An aqua aerobics session costs £5.60 standard, £4.20 for members or £3 for member concessions. The price includes a free swim before or after your class. 14 – 16 year olds with a leisure card pay £2.60 or £1.80 for concessions. Izz 60+ Card holders are free.
Aqua Aerobics is free to all Aqua and Platinum Card holders.
