Lizi's Background & Interests
Background
I have been employed in the fitness industry since 2007 when I
started working at Highbury as a Gym Instructor. Since then I have
helped customers achieve various goals from weight loss to
improving core stability, posture and knee pain, and even just
finding an enjoyment in exercise. My goal as a Personal Trainer is
to help clients achieve the results they want while at the same
time giving them the ability/confidence to be able to train by
themselves. I have specific interests in training for weight loss,
strength and core stability, although I really enjoy every aspect
of fitness!
Interests
Outside of work my interests and hobbies include working on my
own fitness goals, learning new exercises/exercise techniques,
singing and music. I also enjoy watching different sports including
rugby and basketball. I come from a sporting background having been
a show-jumper for my county when I was younger and playing field
hockey and basketball at university.
