Background
I have been in the fitness industry since 2001, in which time I have worked at Sobell & Highbury gyms. My main passion is training clients for running events, including marathons, down to 10k and 5k races. I have achieved good results with clients in the areas of weight loss, muscle tone, core stability & knee injury rehabilitation. In the past I have also taught spinning & Swiss ball classes, and I currently take some of the running clubs here at Highbury.
Interests
My hobbies are mostly to do with sports and fitness. I have run the London Marathon, the Great North Run and the Royal Parks Half Marathon. I regularly enter events throughout the year ranging from half marathons to 10k and 5k races. I also enjoy studying and reading up on fitness trends to continually improve my knowledge.
