Exercise Classes
Programme
We offer 93 classes every week in our modern air
conditioned sprung floored studios. Classes available include
aerobics, Reggae aerobics, yoga, Pilates, Zumba®, Zumba
Gold®, mind and body express, circuit training, body
conditioning, boot camp, and legs, bums & tums.
People choose their exercise class for different reasons. For
many it is type and pace of the class that is most important but
for some people the teacher is the over riding priority, or simply
the day or time.
We have developed a special tool we call our 'exercise class
finder'. This enables you to see all of the classes in the centre
or only the ones that might be of interest to you.

NEW! Yoga Bugs
Fun, creative and totally interactive classes for children and
parents. Yoga can help maintain a child's natural flexibility and
develop agility and stamina. Includes breathing exercises and
relaxation techniques.
Classes start on 26 January 2012.
Mini Bugs
For children at walking age to 2 years old. Sessions run
Wednesdays from 9.45am - 10.45am.
Mighty Bugs
For children aged 2-31/2 years. Sessions run
Thursdays from 9.45am - 10.45am.
There's no need to book. Just turn up!
Prices: Children attend FREE of charge. Adult
