We offer capoeira, street dancing and belly dancing in our air conditioned sprung floored studios.  

We have developed a special tool we call our ‘exercise class finder’. This enables you to see all of the classes in the centre or only the ones that might be of interest to you. All our dance classes appear on this - click below and choose 'dance and groove'.
