We have customer advisors available at all our centres. They are
available to give tours of our facilities and advise on the best
activities to meet individual needs. To arrange a tour, call
reception in advance and make an appointment.
If any customer needs a helper to access any activity then there
is no charge to the helper.
One-to-one gym inductions are available to all new members at no
extra charge.
Customers who are in receipt of disability benefits or
allowances will qualify for concessionary membership.
Guide dogs are welcome at all our centres.
