Steps – programme for new members

Steps is a unique programme for new members. We offer up to six one-to-one sessions that will help you to develop an exercise routine that suits you. Throughout the programme you have one to one coaching sessions to help you to prioritise and plan your lifestyle to enable you to achieve more, setting weekly goals to maintain your momentum. The close personal attention of our highly qualified instructors will help you stay motivated. During the Steps programme will see you rewarded with a T-shirt, water bottle and towel. This is free to all inclusive members. Pay as you go members and corporate members pay £60 or £40 for concessions.
