Fencing
Fencing is a fantastic workout that works the stomach and lower body muscles in particular and can burn up to 450 calories an hour. Fencing can help you to improve your coordination, flexibility, balance, endurance and cardio vascular fitness.
The London Fencing Club is an informal and welcoming club. They run a range of weekly beginners to advanced classes as well as offer courses and private lessons.

The club meets every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7 – 9pm.
