How do I cancel my direct debit memberships? |

It is easy to cancel a direct debit membership at any time.
Please contact
membership services on the relevant phone number and they will
process the cancellation for you immediately. |

I have changed banks. How do I change which bank account the
direct debit comes out of? |

There are two options:
1) Your new bank should be able to arrange a transfer of
direct debits from one account to another. This is the easiest
option as your bank and Aquaterra will arrange everything for you.
Speak to your new bank about automatically transferring your
existing direct debits.
2) Fill in a new direct debit mandate next time you visit
your local leisure centre. The centre will post this new direct
debit mandate to membership services who will arrange the change
for you. Membership services will write to confirm the change has
been made.

How do I suspend my direct debit membership? |

A direct debit membership can be suspended at any time (as long
as at least one direct debit has been successfully
collected). Please contact membership
services on the relevant phone number and they will process the
cancellation for you immediately. |
