Aqua aerobics takes place in the shallow end of our main pool.
The water is kept at 28.5 degrees.
There is good disabled assess with a dedicated disabled changing
room and toilet.

Price
An aqua aerobics session costs £5 standard, £4 for members or
£3.10 for member concessions.
Aqua Aerobics is free to all Aqua, Gold and Platinum Card
holders.
What to wear when swimming
Aqua Kick
This is a high intensity workout and takes place in the shallow
and deep ends of the pool, with the use of Aquabelts, which are
provided. This class runs on Wednesdays for 7pm till 7.45pm.
An Aqua Kick sessions costs £5 standard, £4 for members, or
£3.10 for member concessions.
