Islington's Customer Panel at quarterly meeting
|
Customer Panel
The Customer Panel represents users views of the facilities. It advises the management and trustees on achieving high standards of service and in developing the facilities. Each centre holds an annual meeting for customers at which up to three representatives are nominated to attend the panel, which meets quarterly.

Staff and management
Aquaterra Leisure is managed on a day-to-day basis by the chief executive and his team. In 2002 we employed an average of 367 staff, of whom approximately 45% were permanent and 55% were sessional employees. They reflect the varied make up of the local community. Staff are our most important asset and show an enormous determination, loyalty and commitment to customer service.
