Women's Evening

In Islington there are a number of ‘women only’ sessions. There are three centres where for an evening every week the whole building is programmed exclusively for women with female staff. There are also some exercise classes, sauna and steam and Turkish Baths sessions that are designated as women only.

The Cally Pool’s is held on a Friday from 6 – 9.30pm. For the first hour boys under five and girls under the age of 15 are allowed if accompanied by an adult.  Activities available are swimming, aqua aerobics, gym and sauna and steam.
