Lane etiquette for swimmers
Casual swimming
Sessions where part of the pool is available to everyone. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a swimming adult (16+) at all times. The ratio is 1 adult to 2 children under 8 years. We strongly recommend all non-swimmers wear buoyancy aids.
Swimming with babies
Adult only
We run special sessions in the shallow pool where adults who are less confident can practice their swimming in a leisurely environment.
Aqua aerobics
Exercise to music in waist deep water. Aqua Aerobics improves the fitness of your heart and lungs, tones the body and burns up calories. All classes are designed for all levels of fitness and non swimmers are welcome. Aqua aerobics timetable.
