Cancellations
No charge will be made if notice is given 48 hours prior to the
booking
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full
Customers wishing to cancel pre-paid cash bookings with at
least 48 hrs notice must attend in person with their original
receipt
Customers wishing to cancel pre-paid credit card bookings with
at least 48 hrs notice must attend in person or call reception.
Refunds will be made on the same card that was used for the
payment
Pre-paid cheque bookings which are cancelled with at least 48
hrs notice will be issued with a cheque refund. Cheques will not be
issued at site and will be sent to the customer's address within 28
days
Refunds cannot be authorised for bookings made in person at the
site if original receipts cannot be produced
Non-attendance will be charged at the full rate and no further
bookings taken until the debt is cleared
Cancellations cannot be made via the web. Please call
reception
If we cancel your prepaid booking with less than 48 hours
notice you will be given a voucher for a free booking at another
time and your money will be refunded, unless the cancellation is
made as a result of unplayable conditions due to bad weather, as
detailed on activity leaflets
