Booking Terms & Conditions  

Izz Card holders may

• book by phone, via the website or in person up to 7 days in advance with pay on the day
• book one court or pitch per sport 7 days in advance of play
• book any number of courts or pitches 5 days in advance of play

Izz Card holders may not

• book on behalf of anyone else
• qualify for a reduced price if they fail to produce their Izz Card

Cancellations

• no charge will be made if notice is given 48 hours prior to the booking
• cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full
• non attendance will be charged at the full rate and no further bookings taken until the debt has cleared
• pre-paid bookings which are cancelled with at least 48hrs notice will be given a credit to use at another time or a refund will be given
• cancellations cannot be made via the website
• any refunds will be issued within 28 days
