What to bring
Please bring swim wear, plus shorts and a T-shirt (that you will have to swim in). An extra towel is handy to have so you can dry off in between exercises. A pen and paper is required for taking notes.

Please read the lifeguarding home page for course prerequisites. You can book in person or by telephoning the centre. Payment is required to secure a place. Credit cards are accepted.
Prices
The standard price is £195 or £185 for members. This includes all the necessary books, the Royal Life Saving Society registration fee and the assessment fee.
