Aqua Aerobics
Aqua aerobics takes place in the shallow end of our main pool.
The water is kept above 28 degrees.
There is excellent disabled assess with a pool hoist, ramp and
dedicated disabled changing rooms and toilets.

Price
An aqua aerobics session costs £5.10, £3.90 for members or £3.10
for member concessions. The price includes a free swim and spa pool
session after your class.
Aqua Aerobics is free to all Aqua, Gold and Platinum Card
holders.
