Swimming Lessons
General
Archway Leisure Centre runs swimming lessons year round. The
sloping beach entrance makes it very easy for young children to
enter the water. The water is kept at a warm 30 degrees.
Junior Lessons
The next 10 week junior swimming course begins 17
March 2012 and will end 20 May 2012. Lessons take place 8.30 - 11am
on Saturdays and Sundays. Each lesson lasts 25 minutes.
How to book for existing swimmers
If your children are already involved in swimming lessons at
Archway, you will be entitled to enrol for the next term of lessons
from 27 February 2012, 8am.
How to book for new swimmers
If this is your child's first time taking lessons with us, you
will be able to enrol for the next term of lessons from 5 March
2012. Please call reception or drop by the centre from this date.
New customers must have their swimming ability assessed. Please
book at reception.

Adult Lessons
The next adult swimming lessons course starts week beginning
Monday 2nd January 2012. Lessons run Tuesday, Thursday and
Sunday evenings, and Monday and Wednesday mornings. All
lessons are 25 minutes. We aim to keep the same instructor
throughout the duration of the course but we cannot guarantee
this.
Prices range between £8 - £32 per 8 week
course.
