Membership services
Aquaterra has extensive experience in the marketing and
operation of leisure cards and membership schemes. In addition to
managing the membership schemes for the local authorities where we
manage the leisure centres, we also manage membership schemes for
councils who run their leisure centres in-house. As a whole we have
over 120,000 members in our database.
The membership scheme in Islington currently has 19,500 paid for
memberships and 21,000 free memberships. Of the 'paid for'
memberships 45% are held by concessions.
In Bath and North East Somerset we have over 12,000 paid for
memberships with 65% held by concessions.
We also run membership schemes for Broxtowe Borough Council.
Aquaterra is BACS Approved Bureau and verified in all aspects of
the direct debit process including the direct debit guarantee. We
collect 16,000 direct debit payments per month.
We offer a flexible service to clients and have systems able to
deliver wide range of options. We are used to dealing with complex
membership schemes with multiple price points, payment options and
differing terms and conditions. We have recently introduced
swimming lessons paid for by direct debit.
We offer a call centre service to clients and customers between
the hours of 8am - 7pm Mondays to Thursdays, 8am - 5pm and 9am -
5pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
We offer a range of real time reports so that key information can
be quickly accessed by clients.
