Aquaterra Leisure launches Outdoor Programme in Bath
Aquaterra Leisure has launched a new group exercise programme
'Aquaterra Outdoor', bringing a range of exercise classes outside
to the fresh air. Available across the summer in recreational areas
nearby to the leisure centres, the programme makes the most of
exercising outdoors in the warmer months of the year, helping
people get active in a natural environment.
This is an extension to the current indoor exercise programmes
at Aquaterra's leisure centres in the area and offers customers the
opportunity to add more variety to their exercise regime. Classes
are in a friendly and social environment and led by qualified
instructors.
Classes and courses include Fit Mumz (with buggies), Zumba®,
Kettlebells, Running Club, Boot Camp, Pilates, Body Conditioning
and Suspension Training. They are suitable for adults from 16
years.

said
"The programme enables people to really enjoy the benefits of
exercising outdoors. The classes we're offering are suitable for
adults of all abilities and there's a great social atmosphere too.
Places are available - just contact the centre or check out the
timetable online if you'd like to join in."
Further details and prices are available in leaflets at leisure
centres or online at www.aquaterra.org/outdoor
