It’s never too late to learn how to swim. We offer lessons for babies from 4 months through to adults of all ages. Whether you are a new learner, improver or returning to swimming after a long break or illness, our professional instructors are here to help.
Group exercise classes in the pool provide a fun, low-impact way of toning up, losing weight and feeling healthy and energised. Classes are suitable for everyone over the age of 14 and are perfect for pregnant women and people recovering from injury.
Once you start swimming, you won’t be able to stop, so we ensure our pool programmes allow for you to enjoy the water in all kinds of ways. We have casual and lane swimming, fun sessions for children, parent and baby sessions and even lifeguarding and scuba diving courses.
We actively encourage the participation of everyone in swimming, and as such will do everything possible to ensure the safe and fun participation of all swimming scheme participants. Please inform reception of any special requirements whether these have been formally diagnosed or not, so that the swimming instructor is able to adapt their lesson to best meet the needs of all swimmers.
