Trampolining

Combining gymnastic moves with energetic bouncing on a large trampoline, this sport combines fitness with fun!  Trampolining is a challenging physical activity that can improve your flexibility, strength and overall fitness level.  An energetic workout can burn up to 300 calories per hour!  Thought to hail from Eskimos who used to throw people into the air using walrus skins, trampolining became an Olympic sport in 2000.

We run a range of trampolining sessions for juniors and adults as well as junior courses and parties.
