Taking a sauna or steam bath leads to an increased feeling of well being. It is the ideal way to relax and get clean at the same time!

For your increased comfort and safety please
remove any metal jewellery and watches as they can become very hot
drink plenty of fluids to replace those lost from perspiration
remove glasses as they can become very hot
remove contact lenses in sauna as they will 'dry out'
do not take any glass containers into the sauna areas as any breakages are hazardous
read the instructions located next to the cabins on how to use a sauna or steam room safely

You should not use a sauna or steam room if you
are pregnant
have had a heavy meal within the last 90 minutes or have consumed alchohol
have jsut finished exercising - allow time for your body temperature to return to normal levels
have heart disease or circulatory problems, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, an illness causing an inability to pespire, an infectious skin disease, sore, wound or any other condition that may affect your reaction to heat
